Why DXK exists

Most small businesses already pay for Microsoft 365 but never get the setup, security, or guidance it's capable of. I started DXK in Pittsburgh to close that gap, with clear advice from someone who knows the platform inside and out and responds when you reach out.

Why we exist

You pay for it every month. Nobody’s watching it.

Most small offices run on Microsoft 365: email, files, Teams, the works. It came with good security tools that nobody ever switched on.

When you ask for help, IT shops tend to show up with a three-year contract and a slideshow about ransomware. That’s a lot, when all you wanted was someone to make sure things are OK.

DXK is the other option. We’re calm, local and honest. We look first, explain it plainly, fix what matters, and leave the rest alone.

    If we can’t explain it without jargon, we don’t understand it well enough yet.

    No breach horror stories. Just what we found, why it matters, and how to fix it.

  3. You stay in control

    We start read-only. Nothing changes until you say so, and you can remove our access anytime.
